I love to eat my beef in different ways of cooking. I love to make a clear soup, curry, fried with turmeric and salt, mixed with vegetables, make satay, bbq and some others style too. I love to cook it in different ways as it taste differently and nice. Most of the time I love to cook them spicily.

I love a properly roasted piece of local beef, cooked very slowly over several hours os that the meat is rich and tender. I love steak as well but that is a special treat. More often we buy cheaper cuts so we might make a chilli usung cubed brisket, or a curry with lots of lovely spices. We always buy local beef and enjoy trying differnt breeds of cow to compare the flavours.

I like steak fajitas. Use skirt steak and marinate in a mixture of oil, lime juice, lime zest, cumin and coriander for a few hours (overnight if you have the time). Fire up your grill -- we always use charcoal -- and once the coals get a coating of ash, you are ready to go. Place the whole skirt steak on, let it cook for 3-5 minutes, then flip and cook for 2-4 minutes. Remove from the grill and cover with aluminum foil while you warm tortillas on the grill. Slice the meat very thinly and serve with warm tortillas, cilantro, and beans and rice. This is a very inexpensive meal and you can make it more expensive with the sauces. I love guacamole, tomatillo salsa, fresh sour cream on mine. You can fry up some onions or even put thinly sliced raw ones on your fajitas. Just like you said, makes me hungry to think about it:)

I like to eat beef, I will use put salt onto the beef first and then mix them up to mix sure the salt is evenly distribued with the beef,I will then mix the curry sauce with the beef that I have already prepared before, then I will stir fry the beef on a fry pan for ten minutes, it is yummy.

i'm not much of a beef fan coz i don't like it's smell but i love hamburgers and beefsteak too. i also love beef with lots of mushrooms and gravy. yummy! the problem is beef comes with a heavy price but stretching the budget sometimes for beef is worth it. so it's good...
