Let say you just started working in a company about a few months and still learning,due to lack of people as one of the excecutive went for vaction you have to cover the duties but you are unfamilar what to do .You were given the load and the customers all call you to ask enquires.Been unfamiliar you provide some information about enquires that is incorrect and make some mistake and they came to know about it.Now you are worry of their trust with you ,in this case will you quit, as customer may lose trust in what ever you say.
