What would you give and why?

If you had to give one thing in your life away what would you give and who would you give it to? For me I would give my hair to someone who has alopecia. I am currently in the process of growing my hair to do that purpose.

I've donated blood many times. I might donate my hair, it is really long now. I would also donate a kidney in case someone in my family needed it.

I have already decided to give my body and any appropriate organs to science upon my passing. that way, scientists can learn and medical experts can reuse part of me for others. I had not thought about hair, but that is a good idea. While I am still living, I would also give a kidney to someone if it worked out.
