I love garlic a lot. I wouldn't hesitate to add lots of it to my food and in any form as well. They taste great whether they're raw, deep fried, lightly fried, chopped, minced, etc. They are also very versatile and can add lots of flavour to a variety of dishes. Unfortunately, it would be wise to eat it in moderation. Because I believe that eating too much of anything will ave deterimental effects on one's health.

i like garlic on some foods but not on everything and not that much of it on the food. A little bit of garlic goes a long way

I will have to say Yes, I have never eaten too much garlic. By where I live, there is a town that has a garlic festival and I hear that they have garlic ice cream. Now try and beat that one. I almost always double the amount of garlic that a recipe calls for...and I would never say that i have had to much garlic in a recipe.

I'd love to say true in big caps, but I'm afraid it is false :( I've tried eating dishes with too much garlic and it just gets too much after a while - and I can stand a lot of garlic, I love the stuff. I'd say a healthy amount is good, eating anything with moderation is always a good idea anyway.

True, I use garlic in almost every thing I cook. We love garlic. My cholestrol is only 111 so I think the garlic is working.
