HELP!!!!! I am new to blogging and I have come to a snag.......

I started a blog and when it came time to claim it I was completely lost. I really feel that the instructions are not user friendly for beginners. You would think that they would have "next" buttons to simplify this process. Can somebody please help me claim it so I can get on with my life?
