Well lately Ive been craving for oysters. and when I tried oysters with lots and lots of cheese, it almost blew my head off! Coz I love cheese as well and having them both in a fantastic dish is just perfect!

I love cheese, but it is really bad for me, due to the fat and cholesterol. I still indulge though from time to time. It's really hard for me to choose. I love macaroni and cheese (homemade), but I also really love a ham and cheese quiche.
What is your favorite recipe?
Baked Mac & Cheese
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed in cold water.
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1-1/2 cup milk
1-1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. pepper
12 oz bar mild cheddar cheese, grated and divided.
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
2. Put cooked, drained macaroni into a 3-quart casserole.
3. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour. Gradually stir in
milk
and sour cream. Add salt and pepper.
4. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles and
thickens
5. Reserve 1 cup grated cheese for the top of the casserole. Toss the
macaroni with the remaining cheese.
6. Pour cheese sauce over macaroni and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with
reserved cheese.
7. Bake for 1 hour or until bubbly and brown.
8. Serve immediately.
Note: When I make this I have found I do not need to bake it for 1 full hour. This will depend on your oven.
