It is always easier said than done. I have been in Mylot.com for four months and only managed a couple of referrals who are active. Naturally, each one of us would love to have your plan or even better only that it is not easy to have so many active referrals. If I have 25 active referrals at mylot.com, that will do because I would have earn that same or higher earnings each month and be happy about it.

Yes, you are right about easier said than done part. Managing referals is quite difficult.I would say that if you have 5 good referrals it would be good enough. Here with ur individual effort itself you will earn $.20 per day and the company also gives u the option of buying referals. I would encourage you to look through the site.
