Taking a while for Treasure Trooper amount to get to "paid"

So it was my first month doing the offers and April 20th came around. I had well over 20 dollars in my account by the end of March. But no e-mail. No transfer to the "Paid to date" function. Has anyone else gone through this at TT? I e-mailed support on Friday but haven't heard from them since.
