I am NOTHING like my parents and refuse to be. I tend to be the exact opposite and let my son get away with too much sometimes.

I am nothing like either one of my parents! My mother was very strict. I don't let my kids run wild but I don't lock them in their rooms either. My dad was hardly ever around so not much to compare myself to.
