What Helps You If You Have A Bad Day??

If nothing went right and you feel really stressed, what do you do to make yourself better??

Well, most of the times, I call my boyfriend and ask him to come pick me up. And we often stay somewhere where we can talk. His arms and his love are the best treatment I can ever get. There wouldn't be anything in this world that I would trade this for. If, for any reason, he's not around, I usually try to find something to do to help pass the time or just go and take a nap. Sleep has been a good remedy for me many times. Anyway, this is a very stressful period for me because I've got a lot of hugely important exams to take, exams that my whole future depends on. I'm glad you asked that question because I've been in that situation many times. Here are some of the many things I've done to help me relax: 1) Lie down and listen to relaxing music 2) Soaking myself in a salt bath (Salt is known to remove negativity that your aura has picked up during the day) 3) Going out and walk in the city/nightlife 4) Watch funny movies/shows

I just pray and asked God for guidance and strength every time I have a bad day.God is always there listening and answered my prayers always.After that I'll just rest and relax and not doing anything.It's one way to relieve our stress and feeling of discouragement.
