How do or did you get business builders?

I was just wondering on all the different ways people got there business builders. I could use some ideas. I am an Indenpendent Consultant with Arbonne and new to this all. I read some of other's good ideas on Arbonne groups but I thought I would put the discussion out here and see how it turned out. I got lots of great ideas for May at my parties but always looking for more ideas. Thanks. Shandra
