No I don't think the US is too tough on them. Personally I think they should be rounded up and sent back to the country they belong to. They broke the laws of the US by coming here illegally why should we think they won't continue to break our laws? If they want to come here legally, learn the langauge and to join society then I have no problem what so ever. It's the ones who sneak in, do not want to learn the language, and who complain about this country and it's citizens while taking whatever they can from it that I have a big problem with. As for the work Americans don't want to do that is not true. American's will do it they just won't do it for substandard pay or in substandard working conditions. That is the big difference. These companies wany to pay under minimum wage and to have work enviroments that are not safe. That is why they get the illegals because they cannot complain to anyone about it.

The people who come over legally and make their way honestly are no problem. People who come over to use our Welfare system and get free or low cost housing need to sponge of their own country. Americans in our country who sponge off the system need to get up off their fannies and work for a change. We have so many illegal aliens because we have Social services. That is it. People used to come to work and better themselves but now it's for food stamps and medical. In what country can I go to where I am not a citizen, get housing, medical and food stamps? I am not welcome anywhere so why should I open my arms and spend my tax money?

I know that is one thing that irritates me. They come here and get welfare, medical and food stamps but the citizens of this country can't get it. The ones who need the assistance I mean. It's a big sore spot with me. I know here in Florida you now have to show a birth certificate and photo ID before you can get assistance. They need to do that all over and make sure that only legal citizens are getting it.

No, I think they shouldn't even get the chance of going back to their country. All illegal immigrants should be thrown in jail for a minimum of 2 years, than be deported. They have to learn that if they want to be in this country, they have to follow the rules of doing so, by getting a green card. If anyone in the US wants to go to a different country, we have to go through all this paper work, and hassle, and if we dont have it perfect, they wont even let us in, if we fly there, and did everything but a signiture. So I think the US is already very generous. Just go by the Term, Illegal Alieans, They are Illegaly here, that means they commited a crime, and for doing something illegaly, they should be punished. And there are homeless people here, so if they want jobs, they can do that as well.
