They say that honesty is the best policy and sometimes your Best-Friend knows you more than your parents does. Do you tell all your secrets to your Best-Friend? Me I don't tell it all, I have secrets that should be left as a secret and maybe someday I will share it with someone. How about You?

Not really. . tell some, tell none. In my opinion, some secrets are better left as such. It does not really make sense to tell all since some of them are none of anyone's business. As long as it does not hurt other people, some secrets are safe with you. I agree. . maybe I will share such secrets to the right people when the right time comes. . .

When I was in high school I had a handful of super close friends (who were all friends with each other too) who I told anything and everything too. Eventually, as I grew older, Irealized it was kind of nice to be close with someone who *doesn't* know each and every mistake/misgiving/idiotic thing I've done. And it is necessary to tell all to be close. So I've diversified my friends now and hang out with people from different areas, different social circles, etc. That way, I have an assortment of people, with different things to offer, when I want to discuss various issues in my life. And I no longer tell "secrets" just for the sake of telling them. I tell people personal items if they are relevent to the situation and/or if I need to talk about it. Reading what I've written makes me sound like I have it all figured out, but I assure you I will probably change my ways 5 times over again before I get out of my 20s. haha

Secrets are bound to be kept because that's what secrecy means. But sometimes, we can't afford to keep our secrets for so long. Sometimes, we need to reveal one, two or even more of our secrets to someone else so as not to be aloof. Revealing these things are helpful in some ways. When it comes to my secrets, my best friend knows almost everything. I couldn't dare tell all of my secrets to anyone because I need to keep some of them to myself where it's only me and God knows. :)

I have no secret's. My life is an open book if you ask me, but there isn't one person that knows all of me either. It's not that I don't tell my secret's, it's that I don't feel comfortable telling one person everything about me. Although, I don't have any secrets. I guess I lead a boring life.
