Hi there world, I just want to share this "problem" I have, you see, I am constantly very sleepy at school and even in my home, For many years I thought (and also did my mom) that I was only lazy, but after a visit to the doctor we discovered that I have low blood pressure, is it possible that that simptom has something to do with this?

i also suffer from LBP, for very long time and i also have aneamia, but it wont really impact one's lifestyle. tell you one thing, maybe being active is the only way to combat LBP, since it is not curable but you can prevent the symptons. also try to have a die that is slightly higher in salt than normal diets, that will help your elctro-equilibrium in your body fluids.

Oh I am pretty sure it does. Your brain and muscles have to get enough blood flow to function at top speed. If it isn't flowing well you can't expect any of your organs to function as they should.
