Durian is a fruit that grows from trees in Southeast Asia. The durian tree can grow to be very tall. When durians are ready to be eaten, they just fall from the trees. The durian is famous for its strong smell,it is a large, round, spiny fruit unlike any other.I don't like the smell. It's too strong.Do you like this smell?

We call them Jackfruit. When you cut the fruit open, you will find the yellow fruits, with thick seeds on it. We make even tasty chips from Jack Fruits.

Hello,wm69love88,Durian is a fruit which is well liked in Southeast Asian countries, but westerners usually do not want to try it because it has a pungent smell that is difficult to describe.I think i cannot find any in australia. Some people compare the penetrating odor of durian to cheeses like limburger. Airlines and hotels in Southeast Asia do not allow clientele to enter them with durian in their possession. I onlu try durian once bu honestly i do not like the smell of it. The flesh is good which is like a thick, rich, mildly sweet custard or soft cheese like brie, but just because of the punhent smell, i think i will not eat it anymore.lol

WOOOOOH! It is very juicy and sweet fruit grown and found abundance in South East Asian countries like Bangladesh, India (West Bengal), Philippines, Mayanmar, etc. country. It is known as Jackfruit, Nangka, Jaca according to country. No bad smell but due to strong smell it cannot preserved in refrigerator but we eat it in a day when its fruits are opened. This contain high calorie and protein with Ash etc. I like it very much.

I have heard of and seen this fruit in the supermarket. It is really smelly. That is the reason why i have not eaten it. I have made decision so many times to try it,but at last I gave up. I will try this fruit later definitely. Cos I am such a man who would like to try all kinds of new things.

I sure do! I love to eat the fruit. It taste heavenly for me. I like all deserts made from durian especially pudding. I love those durians that comes from Thailand because I like yellow meat durian. My grandfather used to be very good at choosing durians just by smelling it. Pity, he left us when I was young.
