HELP! Why can't I register at e-gold?

I'm kinda new here and really excited to start discussion but haven't completed yet the registration at e-gold.
When I tried to register at e-gold and filled all the form... then click the "open" button... It showed error butoon saying that e-gold is not available t\for my computer...
anyone can help me on this...? please. Thanks for the reply... I need to set-up e-gold guys... please help...

hi ggsalazar! ive been having problems registering in e-gold myself. I cant seem to put my birthdate on the form.. I dont know why. Have you tried filling the form again? its good to know that im not the only one experiencing problems in e-gold though.

yes. i filled the form many times but it seems that e-gold isn't available for my computer... i don't know why... I also tried to read their FAQ but I didn't saw any answers relating to this problem... I hope someone could help us...
