Gilmore girls tonights show - April 24th

I liked seeing Lorelai and Luke interacting again. I thought that was so sweet that he went and found the exact model of her car so she could use that engine in her old car. Clearly, the feelings are still there on his side. My favorite part of the episode was Paris getting all the acceptance letters from medical and law schools. I felt so bad for her when she didn't get into Harvard and made such a fool out of herself at that televised event back in highschool. I don't want to see Rory end up with Logan.. I just never liked the two of them together. I wonder if she will be able to handle not getting the internship. As we have seen in the past Rory doesn't handle work rejection well (a few rough comments from Logan's dad sent her over the edge.. she quit school and ended up getting arrested for stealing a boat). It would really stink to see her chuck her career plans altogether and just become a society wife.

I also loved Luke and Loralie arguing. I hope that this is the start of a wonderful relationship. I to was sorry that Rory did not get her fellowship. I also am sorry she will have a hard time to find another option. I new at some point Logan would ask Lorali to marry Rory. I just did not think it would happen this year. Logan doesn't seem to stable at this time but maybe he feels that with Rory by his side he will do better. She is a good kids and a great influence on him. I also think they make a great couple. I can't wait till next weeks episode.

I have a confession. I hadn't really ever watched Gilmore Girls until one day last week my girls had it on and I was with them so I just watched. Even coming in on the middle of it all I did find it wasn't too bad. I had heard so much about it that I assumed that it was going to be one of those trendy, really dumb shows. It's not really bad at all and has a pretty interesting story line that keeps you watching. While I'm far from being "hooked" I will admit that I won't mind watching it once in a while when it's on now. So there... you have it.... unsigned confession! LOL

Last nights show was great. Luke and Loreali arguing was classice of them and I was glad to see them doing it. I think they will be back together by the end of the season. Rory not getting the fellowship was upsetting but since it took so long for her to get the answer. I had a good feeling that she was not going to get it. But she is a strong person and will bounce back from this. As far as the proposal next week I am not keeping my fingers crossed. The shows previews always seem like they lead you in a certain direction but then when the show airs it is not at all what you were expecting. I am hoping it is a proposal. Rory and Logan deserve each other and belong together.

I was so happy to see Lorelai back at Luke's! I really think they're on the road to getting back together. I'm looking forward to see how the show ends up this season!
