What is your biggest weakness? I don't want to tell the truth to a employer.I can't say I am lazy, I need 10 hours' sleep everyday. So, what do you say then some interviewer ask you? do you tell truth, or do you have any good idea of answering it?

my biggest weakness is that I hardly talk to new people and I am really really shy. Something really comes over me whenever I talk to people for the first time. I keep trying to get out of this by starting conversations but attempts tend to be very futile. :D

I usually do most of the highering for my program at a call center. The best advice that I could give you would be to be honest. When a supervisor gets ready to higher people (at least where I work) they go through a body language class. This class teaches us how to tell when someone is more than likely lying. Weither it is a body movement, biting the lip for nervousness ets. Be honest dont tell them that you are lazy because you are not, but if you are the person who needs sleep dont tell them that at 6am you are happy and bouncing through the office. The best thing to tell a highering manager when they ask you what is something about you that needs the most work is to say "sometimes Im too hard on myself. I want everything to be perfect, and I know that it cannot always be perfect." I can tell you that when i am highering people that is what I want to hear. When you tell them this, you are saying that you are a hard worker, and you will do everything that you can to generate revenue for the company.

Oh, good. Body language! I am not a person who is good at hide something, but I have to show my best aspect to my employer. Don't show nervors. To be honest, but not too honest.OK

My biggest weakness is job interview. I don't like people interview me. It's because I feel that when they were asking me questions and when I answered, they were not really listening. They wouldn't look you in the eyes. And sometimes, I feel that they were judging you. However, what I can share to you is that when you were ask for your weaknesses, you should give something that would in return be a plus to you. Don't give answer that would let the interviewee see your weakness as a negative attitude.

Yes, I have the same feeling with you! Sometimes they are just not listening to you! I remember once I had to repeat what I've said before.

Well, we both have the same weakness. But, I would definitely not going to say it. Maybe just say, I'm not into too much heavy work or too much pressure in a work place. Well, it's just my opinion.
