Where you born there or did you migrate.I'm in Australia and migrated with my parents/brothers and sisters in 1971 and I'm very lucky to be in a large and beautiful country. Love to hear you stories.

Hello to you! Im from the Philippines, Im also proud to be a Filipino, it may be a very poo country but the people here have happy outlook in life and are hospitable. I also have friends there in in australia I heard its avery beautiful country.

Hi back,and you know you dont have to have a lot of money to enjoy where you live,just a good attitude and an appreciation of what we have in life to enjoy the simple things that money cant buy.Glad to hear you are proud of where you live,me too.

Hello Keepingfit! I am from southwest Virginia, USA... I live close enough to the mountains to enjoy their beauty and far enough away to be on flat land! I was raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia which is quite a change from where I am now... I have pictures loaded of Mabry Mill a beautiful town about three hours from here. We took our daughters hiking last fall.

hi thanks for answering so fast.It sounds fabulous-it must be a great place to live.Do you prefer the mountains for the hiking or the beach for swimming.I'm about 30 minutes from a beach called Surfers Paradise,Goldcoast and about 30 minutes to a Mountain we call Tambourine.Its a nice place for trail walking with Bed and Breakfast facilities and markets.
