Whatever happened to Winona Ryder?

I was watching the movie "Reality Bites" the other night and it occured to me-- what happened to Winona Ryder? I know she had that whole embarrassing shoplifting saga, but did that ruin her career? She's really a talented actress but I haven't seen her in eons!

she seems to be hiding out and popping up here and there but very rarely.. i miss her!

I first saw her in Aliens : Resurrection. Didn't anyone watch that show?

Geez, I was wondering the same thing! She really is a good actress. Very talented and diverse. I hope she makes a come back soon.

She's been in films since the shoplifting mess but not really any hits. I loved "Reality Bites" and have watched it countless times. She's had some great roles. I really liked her in Girl Interrupted.

its because all of her movies, other than heathers, bombed. tell the truth, how many of her many movies she did do anyone remember? for winona, reality really does bite.

Hmm...well she was in Lucas, which was good. Also Reality Bites ruled! I also liked her in Little Women. And I think Girl Interrupted was a hit. But you're right- many of her films did tank. I still think she's good, though.
