yes. Thanks for reminding me about it. I have used it quite a few times. I like just looking though all the different hoaxes.

Yeah I've heard of Snopes.com I've checked out quite a few things on there over the years, and they have given me very good information. They really seem to be up to date on what is fact, and what is fiction, on what is truth, and what is grade A bullcrap!

I think it's a great site and I use it frequently. I do't know how they keep up with all the crap that's out there. It breeds I swear. I am so naive about some of this stuff Like the 282 lb. Mastif dog... I was like totally in to that Dog. Then I read that it's been Photo Enhanced! uggggh...... for what reason would someone do that and then make up a story after it about how the dog was jjust a big puppy then he just grew and grew blah blah..... .............sigh! just senseless.

I go to snopes quite a bit actually. I find it a great resource in order to find out if things are real or not. There are so many emails that are sent out that people don't check on first. I like to check before forwarding. It saves a lot of trouble if one just checks.

I use it all the time and have it bookmarked just for myLot and all the warning that get posted every since a warning got posted and I believed it and threw out all the items it referred to, cost me over $30.00 and it was a hoax. So I posted a new discussion linking the warning to snopes.
