Have you ever seen a parent smoking "weed" with their children?

What are your thoughts on this? I know a few people who think this is ok. They say that if their kids are going to smoke they want them to do it with them. I believe children loses all respect for their parents when they do these things together. What do you think?

Yes I have, when I was younger and all my friends were doing it...id say at least 50% of their parents were the ones that provided it or their home to do it in since they used it too. I couldnt ever believe this because my parents wouldnt ever do this and Id never do it with my kids.

I think it's not really nice to do it. It seems like the parents are condoning their children to break the law and put themselves in harm.

That's a good point, when parents smoke reefer with their kids, they are breaking the law togeather. So it is kind of like encouraging your child to break the law.

Well, my friend smokes weed and his parents dont say much about it because his dad also does it, but they dont get high togeather or anything. And his mom tells him not to do it, but he doesnt get punished, obviously because his dad is a "pot head". Children lose respect for their parents if they turn into addicts, but weed isnt really addicting unless you smoke it everyday for like 10 years. But my friend does everything his parents tell him (or at least his Dad, hes got kinda a freaky voice lol). I suppose my thoughts on this are if the parents smoke pot why shouldnt your kids really?? But I dont think parents should go and get high with their kids, thats just wrong.

there is a time and place for everything but i'm not sure there is ever a time for parent and child to light up and smoke together..... unless of course both parties suffer from a medical ailment and medicinal M is the prescribed treatment (such as with some cancer and aids patients)... other than that not cool at all...isn't that like contributing to the delinquency of a minor?
