You need to realise that its all really in your hands. One tends to feel this way when one feels like a victim of the circumstances, feels helpless and alone. The truth is, you are not a victim. Just tell yourself that again and again. You cannot, and will not feel anything without your subconscious consent. Happiness is a choice, so choose it! Whenever you're low, think of the really good times you;ve had, and smile. Think of the people who do not have hands and feet, and thank God that you're so lucky. Just be happy!

woww.. you got to dig deep what's really going on with you sheeeee!! There must be some reason why you're feeling so. :P Normally if i feel sad or lonely or frustrated over something, i would play games.. :) or you can try and watch horror movies.. :D i've tried it and it work for me.

Feeling that way makes you lonely all the time.. Maybe you are thinking of someone or somebody. Do you have a boyfriend? i suggest you get a boyfriend or engage yourself in a daily activities like exercise. Exercise releases the hormone endorphin which is a make you happy hormone. Try it. And get out of your routine so that you won't feel lonely. make yourself busy. Clean the house, go to the mall, watch movies, go swimming, enjoy your time with friends or an organization of your interest. and most of all pray for happiness in life and contentment. Goodluck!

Happiness and peace of mind as well is a matter of being content. It's accepting who you are as a person, where you are in your state of life, and the conditions you live in. Acceptance of self often brings peace of mind and as a result happiness. Maybe it's time to sit down and truly evaluate where you are, what you want to do or wish to do, and figure out how to get there. You can also focus your energies to a good cause. You'd be surprised how that brings perspective to a person's life. And that's what you probably need acceptance and perspective.

i always feel that way especially when im at home. i dont know why though, and not knowing the reason why you felt like that is really frustrating. anyway, i've learned to deal with it. i usually hang out my friend or do something to occupy my mind. if im home, i go for a jog, watch a movie or listen to music and this usually works for me.

I think a lot of people go through this at different times in their life. Kind of like a cycle of life and you just have to find a way to pull yourself through to the end of this cycle. Stay focussed on what you can learn from this experience and remember that you will be a better person for having gone through this. Find things that make you laugh and do them often. And smile. Even when you feel like you can't, do it anyway.

One solution could be that your brain needs a special food, omega3 fats that come from fish. If we eat the wrong fats, our brain starts working in the wrong direction and we get depressed. You can check my profile and see if you can find the great cold pressed fish oil in your country. The nutrition is important and also cold pressed vegetable oils and nuts are good for your brain. You can also read good books, like the ones written by Dale Carnegie, especially the one called How to Stop Worrying and Start Living. Why not use this idea: Put a stone or something else on a place where you see it every day. Every time you see it, think of something you are greatful for. You can read some interesting discussions I have started and you may get good ideas from them how to keep a positive attitude.
