She got new eyes at the age of 21 and can again see now. My cousin had lost her both eyes when she was 3months old due to some medicine side effects!! after years of struggle and hardship she got her sight now... and we really dont know whom to thank?? Yes the eyes she got was donated... and he had requested not to disclose his name we only know he was a guy! but the name is not important we did and will pray for him! my sister is so happy seeing the real world and she is enjoying the colours of life. Man is so precious and so is his every part of body!! most of us make use of ourselfs and when we die we end everything and our assets are of no use.. but few people who even live after they die donate their organs... are you those kind of person or what is right according to you???

I think that if someone don't see anything wrong about it, he should be able to do it. Dome don't do it for religious reasons, some don't do it for other reasons. I signed a note that says that all my organs can be donated after I die. And why should I care? If I'm already a gonner, why not do this last act of kindness and give others a chance for a better life? You story is amazing, and I am so glad for your cousin and your family. Send her my congratulations.

I'm registered to be an organ donor. Under my health plan in the province I used to live in, I was exempt from donating my eyes, but with my new one I figured I'd donate everything.

Yes I am an organ donor. I hope that when I do die I can help save the lives of so many more that need the chance to live. I think that it is awesome if you donate them but if you don't that is ok too. That is totally up to you. I have never heard about donating your eyes. This is the first time I have heard about it. I'm glad that your sister got the chance to see the world.

i support donation after of organ . Even if they are used for research purpose. It is better than to be served as lunch for soil organisms. I think reliion also support the purpose of human welfare.

Yes, I would. I'm registered to donate my organs after I die as well. Have been signed up for that for a few years now. I want to help in any way I can. You have to put yourself in their situation. You would want someone to donate if you were sick and needed a transplant. That's why I donate my blood quarterly as well. If I'm in a wreck or whatever the reason may be I would want to have people donating their blood as well. I just think that being an organ donor or something similar like giving blood is the right thing to do. There is no greater gift then that of life. :)

Yes I would. I am very happy for your cousin. If I could make someone live and be happy like your cousin, then I'd be gladly to donate everything as I have no use for any of these organs when I die. I'm really glad that your cousin can see now.

I am an organ donor. I think that it is great thing to be able to help someone like that. It is so great that your cousin is able to see again! The man that donated his organs was a great guy to do something like that.

All of the people must be donor of organs, i think. Do you need your organs after that? I don't want my organs to be food for insects under ground. I regularly donate blood, and everytime i become happy. And i know that we may need blood or organs on day. To demand something, we must deserve, right?

Yes, try to help others out, even after you're gone. You're leaving a legacy.

I wouldn't might donating my organs when I die because I know that it will benefit a lot of people and it will give them a new lease on life. I'd rather help people lead better lives because of my organs, than leave them under the soil with the worms to rot. Which is going to be such a waste, don't you think?

I don't mind donating my organ. It's a beautiful thing to do. It's the same as saving a life of person but it's done on a different way. Why waste a good thing when it can still be use?

i think if you want to worship totally to God,you should donate your organs to someone who needs them.instad of their decading under the ground,by donating your organs, you will give another lives in the other people. two weeks ago,one of my friends went to a hospital and donated her organs.although it is a worthless thing,i do not have enough courage to donate my organs when i am alive.after i gave my soul to God,my organs can be taken from my body:)
