I always answer my friends discussions first. If I still keep posting, then I go to posts with no responses, then new discussions. I usually just stick with friends discussions though as I have plenty of friends that have plenty of discussions to reply to. I tend to find alot of nonsense on the new discussions page whenever I look there. One liners from the same person all the way down the page.

Well in a day i do respond to many discussions which i feel like responding. First choice is the discussions that my friends start and those which are notified by mail. Then i will go to New discussions and later on recent discussions. Finally i will search my interests and post responses on those discussions which i like.

I first go to my friends discussions normally. Then I will browse the new discussions. From there I head to top discussions or my interests. I try to "jazz" it up a bit, by going to a variety of sections. I also comment on blogs and news stories. I think those additions to myLot are important to support and add to our participation earnings. Happy Posting.

I more or less avail all those options to some extent or the other. In fact, I usually like to respond to the discussions that you see at the bottom of the current discussion. I think that is very useful as well. Because if you have replied to a discussion in a certain category then you might be interested in replying to similar discussions.

new discussions always because there i get new topics with rare response or little responses. then i go for discussions my friends started.

I start by searching for discussions on topics that I'm interested in such as education, veganism etc. Then I go to discussions with no responses as I find this way I get more best answers as I am the first to respond and sometimes the only person to respond.

I normally response to discussions started by my friends first. These are from the alerts that I received from myLot. Normally, I would not have to go through other list to find discussion to respond since there are lots to choose from the discussions started by members in my friends list. That is how I got to this particular discussion of yours anyway.

When I get on myLot first I like to see if anyone has responded to any of my discussions, and I respond to their responses. Then I go to the discussions my friends have started, and when I've responded to everything I like there, I move on to the top discussions. I hardly do anything else. Maybe I should start responding to the discussions from my interests again...

All my friends discussion are sent to my email box to a Mylot folder. I go down the list in the time I have and know when I have answered a couple of one persons I have the luxury of moving on. It works so well for me and have no need to do anything else. Good luck with your participation.

I always go under the topics I like best to see if there are any new discussions, for me those interests are "writing," "writer," "Associated Content," and "Helium." Oh, I look at the "books" section a lot, too. Then the rest of the time, I just sort of mosey around. Mostly, however, I stick with writing topics. I have learned so much this way! MyLot has given me a lot of interesting information about writing sites, topics, clues to what's going on, and new things to try. Before I figured out how to look at these topics, it seemed like I got bored with the general discussions. Now, I can't wait to come and see what's going on over here at MyLot.

I usually just start at the top and work my way down. On each posting, I'll check the discussions at the bottom of the page. When I find a page with nothing interesting for me, I'll go back to the main page and start over. Once I've gone through the first page of discussions on a subject, I'll move down to the next one. Some days are busy, others aren't, and I'll continue on to the second or third page of a subject. When I have enough time to spend here, that's the easiest way for me to cover everything.

Hello coolcat,I usually answer all my friends discussions first, the ones i am unfamilair with .like discussions i know nothing about whatsoever ,i have no choice but to pass those up.I answer the friends first that respond to my post, the friends that never respond to my post are last on my list.If i have done all these and are caught up on my answeing ,then i go and just search for questions that interest me,,and i answer those..I keep the same friends and always try to be a faithful friend to my friends,if I find that they are selfish and only want me to answer, but never answer my post,i finally delete them off my friends list.I really don't like to do that but thats what you have friends for to answer their post and them answer yours........Most of the time it is questions without responses that i go to because these really need to be responded too.

i usually choose discussion with no responses. in that way ofcourse my response would become on its top or at the first page, and hope many other member would sea and read my responses. sometimes i choose todays top discussion. i really want to know what kind of discussion that is really attract many people to response for the topic
