No earnings yet, but member for over 2 days

I've been a member for at least 48 hours and made 10 posts, but my earnings are still $0.00. I know that earnings are updated every 24 hours, but shouldn't that mean I would have just a little bit, even a few cents?
Is there a minimum number of posts you must make in order to start earning at mylot?

Try replying to posts instead of creating discussions. I've seen this one guy claiming that when he spent more time on creating discussions, his earnings were going down. I tried only to start discussions the other day, and after six or seven, all I got was 0.01, so I guess he was right on that.

the problem is that creating too many discussion will annoy others.. and you don't know if your discussion topic is suitable or not... if it's not suitable for mylotters.. they will pull your rating down.. and you might get your discussion delete.. thus.. lesser earning.. =)

Maybe you can try to upload pictures in your discussions, or just upload pictures in interests sections. It had about 0.01 cents in your earning for every picture you post in interest section. While in upload pictures in your discussions you had 0.01 cents no matter how much you upload pictures. And one more thing, be patient..LOL. I got my first earnings after i reach 50 posts. And I was getting frustated as you are right now, but I keep on going. The next day, I got my first earnings !. And don't forget to keep your quality post, don't posting response with one line only. Keep it at least 4 lines in every post.Good luck, enjoy your time in mylot..

i spend more time in posting in discussion .. i think it's better than creating discussion.. i'm not really that good in creating discussion.. and the earning from a discussion is not really that much.. i advise you to post more and not to create more.. you get to learn from others problem too.. where are you from anyway? erm..do you want to be my friend? i think i can teach you a few technique on how to earn money here..but i advuse you to enjoy posting here than to think of earning money.. by doing that.. you will be able to earn more.. and people will respect you for not being money minded =)

You only get paid for starting discussions that get 10 responses or more. You also get extra money for uploading images and I think the max is 25 images a day.
Try to respond to at least 20 discussions a day and write your answers in long, quality sentences that are error proof. The longer and more detailed the responses are, the more you get paid for them.
I think the minimum is 2 cents per response but you make nothing if your response is only a line or so.
If your earnings don't get updated every 24 hours email admin.

i think earnings depend also on the number of post and the contents of each. the more post you have, the more credits you get. and also, uploading images in your interest can help in gaining earnings. the fist day i joined mylot, i have posted 40posts i think and got $.40 and then the second day, i answered riddles, my posts were short but i have posted more than 50 and i earned $.28.
