Which is better to live in a condominium or a house and lot?

I would prefer a condo pad as it is convenient. Most condo developers incorporates, swimming pool,gym,spa,generator (just incase there is a power outage). Plus it is nice and secure knowing that if you go on holiday the place you live will always be kept safe.
