How Adoption Works?

Thousands of children are adopted by Americans every year, whether from foster care, from abroad or through domestic infant adoptions. Can anyone help? How to find an adoption agency and about post-adoption services.

I don't think there is such thing as adoption agency. As far as I know, all you have to do is go to the orphanage and I think you just have to prove that you are capable of adopting a child (physically, mentally, financially, emotionally and socially). From there, they will be the one to process the adoption papers.
