Did you ever experience having a lot to do but no energy to do anything?

Most of my work I am doing from home. I have a lot to do this week. Maybe too much, but my energy level is very low today, so I decided to take easy and just relax. I am on my lot, reading books and doing light house cleaning. My biorhythm is the lowest for this month and I have never-ending cold. What is your energy buster?

Sometimes we push ourself to do more things that we can and of course after little we fell our energy go down. This time if we can have the choice to slow down and take rest is the best thing.Relax and do things that you fell wake up your boy and give it the energy you need. They are always times that we can't do nothing to make our battery full again because our duty calling us lol:If you are hard working mother what else you can do than run to catch the day..

Like you I always have a lot to do..I'm classic renaissance person and the over-achiever type--I'm a writer--who never seems to have enough time to write..an artist, craftsperson and photographer...I only just got my own computer a few months ago, and am trying to build a work at home business to sell my photo work on-line, and now in the process of building up a new website to show off my work...but it's funny you should post this discussion--I did one called Zombie Days--I hate them...cause honestly I have days where my energy level is really kaputz----At the same time on day like that I just don't like doing nothing---since I sometimes feel even MORE tired not doing anything---so on days like that I force myself to do something, even if it's only catching up on my e-mails, or do A LOT of posting here at MyLot, or write articles over at Helium or Gather, but for any big momentous work I need and should be doing, I take the day off from it--as far as energy booster..really don't have any..I sometimes think when one's biorhythm is off one should just listen to one's body and take it easy

I do digital and film..I have to say that digital is a big winner now because it is less expansive... I do mostly children, modeling and weddings (as part of my pay work)...for myself children, animals and nature... I like your photography..nice work..I will keep it in my favorite and look at it once a while :)

I have always suffered with low energy levels .. and it's getting worse as I get older .. even the smallest tasks wear me out now .. I would just like to wake up one day and feel really energised .. raring to go and full of 'get up and get at it' .. Nothing helps me to feel more energetic .. so I shall be reading other folks suggestions eagerly ..

I have fibromyalgia syndrome .. so I am always fatigued .. it often seems impossible to even get up the energy to go and make a cup of coffee .. or even make a sandwich .. dratted disease ... I try to keep tabs on my biorhythms using this web site .. http://www.facade.com/biorhythm/ at least if I know I should be feeling better on some days I can plan to get out or do something more energetic than jkust sitting around reading or watching movies all day .. Checking my chart I am just peaking with my energy .. but it's about to plunge back down again .. DOH!!

I'm usually tired emotionally and physically at the end of the week. After a week of work (I'm an accountant) and then coming home and running to this practice, this game, this band concert every night- Don't get me wrong- I would run to the end of the earth for my daughter- But by Friday I'm beat- I love the relaxing weekends- This weekend was one of them- We had a parade yesterday- my daughter marched with the band- then she went to my parents for the night- We stayed home and watched a movie while lounging on the living room floor- today I'm on mylot and did some light cleaning- resting up to start all over again- Weather also has alot to do with my energy level. It's rainy and dark today- So I'm tired and sleepy!

Unfortunately days like you're having become more frequent with age. Since I had eye surgery last year, followed by a foot complaint, I haven't been swimming for six months. Now everything is an effort, but I hope that when I start my regular swimming soon, my energy levels will rise to what they were last year.

Usually if this happens to me I will only do the most important thing and the rest will have to wait. If I'm running out of energy then I lose my focus so instead of finishing things off I will end up creating a mess if I keep on going. I find it better to "escape now and fight another day" :)

well I am blessed with a lot of energy..I have always a great deal of energy and I am also willing to doing a lot of things. I suffer only when I have a cold or when I am depressed...the best thing is to take a good care of yourself..maybe a bit of hot drinks..I prefer green tea..it gives me lot of energy..or a bit of honey, and lots of fruits and vegetables to eat vitamins..pay attention to your diet and sleep well and I am sure you're feeling better soon..a big kiss to you and hope to hear soon that you're feeling better..

Some ways to boost your energy is drinking more orange juice, and taking vitamins. Exercising will only drain your energy. Eat something healthy when you are on a break. also, take a bath in the evenings when you get home. Put some lavendar in it. Also drinking green tea or earl grey tea will help. I would get on a b complex vitiam or add a b 12 vitiam to your diet. It will help. And coffee in the mornings lol. Don't take energy drinks you will hate it when you crash off of them. You need to eat a bit of chocolate or something when your energy gets way too low. Best of luck.
