What if the Aliens attacked today, would we be able to unite as a planet to defend our little world. Our would we still be the selfish little creatures that we are and try to sell out or so called enemy's. Here let us live and we will help You guys kill them. How do you think the planet will react, lol.

Hum, I think I better start lookinng for another planet or warp to another dimension that I'll be able to live in peace or build a house space.... because, I'm not sure how long this unite will take since there gonna be conflict who's gonna lead the whole defend team and who listen to who......hmpf.....

I would hope that we could unite-unfortunately, I've seen people ready to kill over a parking spot at Walmart. I think I'm gonna keep a super-sized bag of M&Ms around just in case-I hear they're partial to them. LOL

Yo I am with You, man is to dumb to figure out the small s--t. I am embarrassed to be a human, lol. We are in a losing battle with the environment it is going to rid itself of us by freezing the planet, lol. And we are to greedy to do anything before it is to late, the let the next generation worry about it while we live high on the hog mentality rules. God help us all. I made sure not to leave a child to clean up, or worse suffer the consequences of our greed.

Why would aliens attack this planet? In my view, any beings intelligent enough to have mastered space travel of such great distances, would be far more advanced than humans Therefore, there is nothing to gain by attacking earth. I hardly think that even if we united, we would have sufficient weapons to turn back an attack. I know the movies paint a different picture, but since when are movies real? Some are , but not the majority. I just cannot think of any aliens wasting their time on this crazy ball of dirt. We have a long way to go in learning how to get along as humans.

well no one really does stop them, what they do is go from planet to planet, killing everything-mostly with fire-then leave, or construct temporary bases there
here they were looking for something (the little girl) and decided to clear away some of our "stuff" to find her (cause, why not they're evil as f**k)
they don't really have motives or anything-hell in the story some of them talk about how stupid it is to simply kill things without reason, and how their elders had a system of why they butchered weaker races into nothing and stuff)
