Dinner was delicious! Plus it was rather easy and quick. And I fed two adults a different meal than the one I served to the three kids but I cooked it at the same time! List of ingredients are: 3 to 4 small chicken breasts, cooked and cubed whole box or bag of penne pasta 2 chicken boullion cubes 1 teaspoon of garlic powder [granulated garlic, garlic salt] 4 Tablespoons of butter or margarine 1/4 Cup of Kraft Parmesean cheese 1 jar of Ragu Traditional spaghetti sauce 1 jar of Ragu Alfredo sauce 1 can of sliced black olives 1 to 2 small jars or cans of artichoke hearts, rinsed and sliced into small pieces 1 small package about 1/4 Cup of pine nuts I boiled the penne pasta according to the package directions but in the chicken broth cubes and garlic. It makes your pasta taste better! After it was done cooking [I like mine cooked longer than just al dente], I drained it and added the butter and parmesean cheese. Mix well. Then I got three small bowls for my three grandsons and I put noodles in all three bowls. Then I opened the jar of spaghetti sauce and put about 1/2 cup of sauce on the top of each bowl of penne pasta. Then I called the three boys, gave them their bowls of "spaghetti" and they went to eat quietly and happily. Of course, I also had them get a juice box and asked if they wanted olives or chicken so they had their dinner quick and easy. Well, the baby did need help but other than that! LOL Now that the boys were out of the kitchen and not yelling in hunger, I finished the penne pasta for the adults. I opened the jar of alfredo sauce, can of olives, jars of artichokes, package of pine nuts, the cubed chicken and I put everything together and mixed it up very well. I did re-heat it little longer but it was basically a quick and easy meal for the entire family. I had to do spaghetti sauce for the boys because they don't like alfredo sauce. Add a little garlic bread and a salad, maybe some glasses of milk and you have a complete meal. This recipe will feed five people and there may even be some leftovers for lunch the next day.

I've made something very similar to this and I love it. I just love pasta and alfredo sauce.
