Researchers discovered that Finnish women who regularly developed urinary tract infections had a 20% decrease in the chance of recurrence if they drank a mixture of cranberry and lingonberry juices on a daily basis. Symptoms of a urinary tract infection can include increased frequency of urination, as well as pain or burning with urination. If you suffer from any urinary symptoms, be sure to see your doctor. Urinary tract infections can often be cured with antibiotics.

wow.. where you get those information? it's good.. but.. what you mean by urinary tract infection? is it some kind of illness? i never heard of it.. but i think last time when i urinate.. i do feel some burning sensation.. but that was like long long time ago.. now i'm much healthier and i think it's okay to have a try on your new recipe... cranberry juice with lingonberry? gosh.. i never heard of those berry in malaysia.. i think we don't have it here? or .. maybe you can post a picture of those berries? so i can see if we have it in malaysia? thanks =)

Hi kathy77. Thanks for these information. That's interesting about the servings of fruits and vegetables. I have to try this and increase my intake of fruits and vegetables. Daily intake of cranberry juice means like a glass a day? Or is it like the medicine 3 times a day thing? Thanks and have a nice day!
