How to slim down that unseenly tummy?

I'm round in the middle, and hoping to get rid of some fats and become healthier. My usual excuse is that I have no time, to tired from work, blah blah blah to exercise. I have heard of simple exercises you can do to slim down though, do they really exist? If so, how?

Any exercises that stretch or tighten around the abdomen will help your muscle tone there. Do your exercises in the morning before you go to work. It will actually energize you for your day. You may need to modify your diet as well; some foods can contribute to abdominal fat--which is a whole different matter from just poor muscle tone. Do you have a doctor or a nutritionist you could consult to go over your diet?

I'm a lazy bum that gets up get in time for work and not enough time for exercise, I think have to adjust that to stay fit. I don't have a doctor or nutritionist to consult at the moment, will get one when I have the cash to spare. Thanks for the advice maclinda :)

ive got some exercises you can do easily to tone up your stomach even if youre a beginner you can even start with 5 minutes a day please take a look at my blog and have a look through the exercise tips theyre some which work your stomach - i think sit ups are best also twists twists are when you stad straight and swing your arms and upper body round left to right the idea is to keep your hips staright and try and look round to the back of the room as far as you go do 20 sets a day plus some situps for 5 mins - see my blog for the sit up exercises at http://www.blogchex.com/urbancitycrew

I have just started keep fit classes and feel I am reclaiming my stomach muscles after a few years of them being completely dormant. I was given an exercise Lie on your tummy support yourself on your elbows, put the tips of your toes on the floor then lift yourself up, so you are straight Supposedly, if you do this for 5 mins a day it will strengten all your tummy, back and bum. I have also bought, which is brilliant is the Ab Roller. I do this for 10 mins a day and I can really feel it working on my stomach muscles. Good luck!!
