it's hard to say no specially for the persons that are important to you, you know that you don't want them to feel bad or disappoited,so you need to manage it. it's really hard to say no!

Well, but sometimes they use it and manipulate you - consciously or unconsciously. So the dilema is to do what they want and later to blame yourself for beeing so naive and mild/ we have here a name for it -Meka Mara/.And you must manoeuver, think about excuses or to tell frankly /and to risk/

I find that I do have a hard time telling people no thus making myself easily manipulated. Its been hard to start telling others no but my partner has helped me with this. There are several people that we know who dump their children off at our house so that they can run errands. After they ask if they can leave their children he asks when will they be able to return the favor. People don't seem to ask as many favors anymore. I now realize that for me to do something for them I should see what they are willing to do for me in return.

It`s normal to ask favors when you are really in need.But some people abuse.They use you, your resurses and your time.And they dont understand your hint, because they think that you are obligated to help. Nobody is obligated! And isnt it better to give by your heart then to be forced to give something you dont want? Sick and tired of parasites!
