Mom scolded me earlier due to the lost of my ticket going back to Cebu. She scolded me for being unorganized and too forgetful with where I'm placing my things. This isn't only the first time I have experienced this but a lot of times already. And I'm tired of being like this. lol. Do you have any suggestions on how I should keep track with my things? Many suggested that I should keep a file and be organized so that I wouldn't lost improtant papers and documents as well. What do you think? :)

Someone once said that it is impossible to forget something you really want to remember. So are you determined enough to remember things? If you are, KEEP reminding yourself. You might still forget, but you will get better and better and remember more often than forget.

I'm not exactly neat but I have a folder where all certificates are kept. Two reasons for this really. 1 - Its kept together so its less easily lost. 2 - Its organised properly already so when I'm going for a job interview, I just bring the folder and there's no need to organise them. Whenever I travel, I have a travel pouch where my tickets, passport, etc are kept. I do wonder if you have a feelings that the ticket was important to you or do you not think about it anymore after you bought it? I am forgetful with unimportant things, but I havent' forgotten any important appointments or placement of my documents. I find it if you make a habbit of placing certain items in certain areas of your room, you won't lose them as easily because you'll know where it is located. Do make it a habbit of placing items in its proper place the moment you get home. Don't just leave them around. This way you'll be less likely to lose anything.

I do consider the ticket as an important document. Though I can buy another one but isn't it so much waste of money when in fact I have brought one already? I regret it for not placing it in a very important place in my room! Thanks so my Evelynlyp for the suggestion. It helps a lot! :)

I think ,you should have more practices outside .I don't only mean practice your memory .I mean ,you should do more things ,all kinds of to make yourself busy .And then ,I think your will solve this problem yourself.Don't be afraid making mistakes and being scolded.

I think it would be best if you're gonna keep a list of all your important documents. You may file it in a shelf or any suit cases so as not to let you forget even more. All of us do forget sometimes but we all need to organize our things so that we will remember easily where we have placed important papers and documents. I suggest you separate those that are important from the non important ones.
