I've been told that there are some differences between the movie and the original book (as always). Someone can help me on that?

The better way is Read the book first, after u watch the movie because if u watch the movie, the characters will be the actors, else will be of ur imagination So the 2 is better of only one xD , mainly if the book its first

But do you know the differences between the book and the movie of Count of Monte Cristo?

I am currently reading THE STAND by Stephen King and just recently watched the mini-series, again, I think this is the fifth time, and find only a few diversions of more precise detail in some of the chapters. The movie does a pretty darn good job and if you never read the book, the movie will still entertain, intrigue, scare, and make you think deeply about things without the textual limitations.

Read the book, then watch the movie, then you decide. I am sorry I did not answer the question directly. I read the book a long time ago and was not aware a movie had been made. Thank you and again sorry could not help you much . . .

Because when you read the book, you always see the history with your imagination view of the history, and when you watch the movie, you see the imagination view of the director at the screen, you see the face of the characters that he think that they have, and not what your imagination create for the history, never is the same (with rarely exceptions)

Hello, form me the book and Movie are always different, even because the language of one doesn't support the other completely, it doesn't have as doing two types of artitic expressions they be same in different midias, it doesn't also have as to distinguish which is better of the two as it already said I think the two are different it should not be compared. But that depends on your tastes.
