Should all the senior players be sacked from the team

It's nice idea to sack all senior players.But don't you think that facing other teams with all new players will be a littel bit difficult.What i mean is senior players have to quite but still run making players have to play and guide juniors.

yaa you says write that there is time for senior players to sit with there wivies and there girl frinds and likes to give chances to indian youngsters who can do well from them.

I feel that we should have the same criteria for everyone be it junior or senior players. Players who don't perform should be dropped and players who do well should be picked to play for the team. But i feel we shouldn't sack all senior players just as knee jerk reaction as both youth and experience is needed to build a good team. Yes we should drop a few and they can playin domestic cricket or county cricket and come back by giving good account of themsevles in it. And it will also younger players more exposure to play with big boys and their worth can be assessed better.
