What type of oven do you have?

Do you have one with eyes that you have to take out to clean (UGH) or do you have the smooth topped oven? A couple of months ago my oven went out on us out of the blue. I was trying to cook some lunch for my husband and I one Sunday afternoon after church and it just wouldn't heat up. So the next day I went to an appliance store and bought us another one. I had never seen the type of oven that is smooth topped until the day I went to get us a new one. When I saw it I was very impressed and decided immediately that that was the one I wanted. The fact that the price was less expensive gave it a vote of favor too, Ha! Ha! They delivered it to me the next day and we gave our old one a proper burial, Ha! Ha! It had lasted my husband and I for over 20 years so it was a good one while it lasted.
