I love to make a cake and one of them is the steamed cake which i find it is more last to be kept. It is better to be kept in the fridge. I have one recipe here and thought you might like it. Steamed Chocolate cake Ingredients 1 cup cocoa powder 1 cup granulate sugar 1 cup condense milk 1 cup melted butter ½ cup sweetened concentrate condense milk 1 ¼ cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp soda bicarbonate 3 eggs Method: Mix cocoa powder, sugar, condense milk, sweetened concentrate condense milk and butter into a saucepan on small fire sauté until all ingredients melted. Remove from fire and add flour, soda bicarbonate and baking powder. Beat the egg until the color turn to be light yellow before adding them into the flour and cocoa mixed. Mix well, and put the batter into a moulder pan but do not let it full – make it ½ only. Cover the moulder pan with the aluminum foil so no vapor drops while steaming. Steam the batter for about 1 ½ hours and let it cool after that. Happy trying....

I have another even simple no bake cake which taste good too. The recipe are as follow; Batik chocolate cake 250gm butter ¾ cup granulate sugar 1 can milk 5 tea spoon cocoa powder 8 eggs 500gm marie biscuit (or round milk biscuit) Preparation; 1.Beat the sugar and butter until soft. Add eggs one by one until dissolve. 2.Add cocoa powder and milk mix together. 3.Pour the batter into the pan and cook in a small fire until thick – keep stir the batter 4.When the batter is thick, add the biscuit and stir for a while – always careful not to destroy the biscuit. 5.When the batter is cook and not stick to the pan remove the batter into a square cake pan. Leave the batter until it is cool and keep it in a fridge for a while before serving them.

Without oven, how about a steam cake? This recipe is what my mom does. What is needed : A steam basket, a piece of baking plastic, 10 eggs, 600 grams floor, 600 grams sugar. Preparation : Beat the eggs and sugar until the eggs become fluffy. Pour in the flour. Mix them well. Get ready the steam basket with the baking plastic. Put the steam basket to steam. Steam over high fire for about an hour. When done, remove the cake from the steamer. I have tried pouring it into little cups and bake over mini bread toaster and it turns out well too.

Hello Zelmarq! Since I didn't know what kind of cake you were interested in, I thought I'd provide you with a link to quite a few no bake cake recipes. Not everyone likes the same kinds of cakes, so I hope you'll find at least a few that suit your tastes. :) http://www.recipes4cakes.com/nobakecake/
