How do you like to laugh? I think laughing can be loud and on high pitch, it can be on a lighter tone and on a ligher pitch...it can be giggling also. What do you prefer? I prefer to laugh a loud, whenever there is laughing matter. I believe laughing loud give plenty of oxgen to our bodies and increases our blood circulation. Doctors say that we should also try to laugh with our month shut....(Doctor says it is difficult) it is not only good for our health but give us a practice for excercising. Pl. share your views.

A good, hearty laugh keeps diseases at bay. a laugh actually force our body muscles to twicth, regurgitate and stretch and giving the best ever excercise to our heart and facial muscles thus. now, after all those gyan, i am sure, you would now want me to wind up with my reply. LOL 1 am a very reclusive person , with all my emotions tling up and hardly let them out, except for a few rare moments. i just smile with my lips locked, only the degree of the stretch varies. i hardly find myself laughing aloud. however, i do giggle when something is really funny. i just wish i could do the laughing act often, like others. what about you deepak?

Mimpi, I just cannot control myself when it is my turn to laugh....I would love to laugh and laugh and laugh....loud...as other might feel I have inhaled 'laughing gas. IN my school days I was punished by the teacher on few occasions when I kept on laughing without any reason. deepak (+) rated.

This is very good question...people change laughing style depends on situation...from quiet laugh to loud and noisy...I prefer not to pay attention when laughing...because if something is funny I let myself laugh openly...I have to agree, it is very healthy...

hello,dpk262006,I like to cover my mouth when I am laughing ,I do not like to giggle as it seems that it is not polite for a wiman to laugh in this way. I do not like to laugh loud, in fact I like to smile more than laugh:P

I laugh out loudly and sometimes much louder & i am unable to control myself if its a real fun one.You are right laughing reduces our stress and relives our mind from problems. But laughing wih mouth shut is somewhat difficult for me..anyway lets try the doctors advise..

I couldn't laugh with my mouth shut if my life depended on it! LOL! Maybe a snicker or two, but that's about as far as that would last. I love to laugh out loud...it just makes me feel better. Plus it gets people around me to laughing too.

I would say my laugh comes all the way from my toes, I love humor and really enjoy a good laugh. I have a bout 3 friends that send me thoughts jokes and bits of wisdom that usually give me a great laugh. I live alone and every once in a while my neighbor will ask me if I had company as they hear me roaring with laughter, I tell them no I was just visiting with my friends on the Web, Good discussion.

I have a hearty laugh. I've been told so plenty of times. It's a loud laugh. I wouldn't be able to describe it becuase it's so unique. It's the kinda laugh that says "I just don't care how I sound". I like it and I love laughing. It feels really good.

I love the deep, from the gut, belly laughs. Those, I think, are the most genuine and happiest of all the laugher sounds--especially from children!!! I do agree that it is a great abdominal exercise. My tummy has hurt on severaly occasions after the deep down laugh. It was sure worth it, though. :)

i like to laugh it out loud. Coz it is emotion, i have to let it out or else it will comes out on , you know it. As you say it gives oxygen to our body so i consider it to laugh out loud. And you know, when i am laughing sometimes there is a tear, i think for so over laughing. what is the meaning of dpk262006...is that a code.?

Laughing with mouth shut - I like it. This is easy to me :P I have seen laughing competition and also seen what laughter clubs do. I find their laughter so artifical. Though laugher can be beneficial for health, I would prefer natural laughter. Fake and exagerrated laughter is something I detest as it brings up the of truth about being sincere.

Depending on what I'm laughing at or about, I can get quite loud. Sometimes its a roar with I'm with my friends and then sometimes its a polite giggle when amongst strangers. When I'm with my son and hubby its just a normal laugh, not too loud and not too soft... I like to laugh!

Usually i talk on lighter pitch, dont have a roaring laugh,by thumping the tables..or else i dont giggle. Having a hearty laugh eases the pressure and it is said it reduces the blood pressure and even some say the life span gets increased. Nice topic, Have a nice day friend:)
