dark circles!

i have dark circles that no matter how long do i sleep, i still can't get rid of it, can you help me what to do, i don't like putting make up whenever i go outside. so i can't hide my dark circles, and i look old, maybe it's because of stress, do you know some tips to get over stress?

Well, one of way of preventing it from getting darker, is to minimize stress. As you have said, it is because of stress right. Then, sleep early. Drink Vitamin E, and when you wake up in the morning, try washing your face with lukewarm water, no soap. Let's see what happens if you've tried those things. I just put together what my friends told me how they were able to avoid those dark circles. So I hope I'm able to help you.

And also, i forgot, just have enough sleep, not too much coz I think oversleeping causes dark circles too. Try to maintain an 8 hour sleep. Sleep early and wake up early. Let's see if that helps too...

HI!i have those too.i use l'oreal white perfect deep correcting eye protector.I think it works.I've been using it since jan07.just be patient;) stress, environment,lack of sleep,genes...all of these could be probable causes of dark circles.take care of your eyes,esp the corners.you wouldn't want wrinkles/crows feet to start popping out.for the stress,go out and get a massage,hair treatment,go to the beach...you're young gurl,have fun!!!

thanks for the advice!i know those are things i supposed to be doing, but instead i go to work and school,that really makes me stress, i wish i can have a car really soon so i can get rid of this stress!hehe

i have no idea i get them too, but i think it has to do with 1. if u dont get enough sleep 2. you get too much sleep (yes its possible) or 3. maby it is stress lol i dunno hope i helped
