praise in public criticize in private

yeah, i agree with u that not to criticize people in public to a certain extent, but i can be done in a good way, not criticize blindly, just indicate their mistakes if any , and the solutions u know in a polite way, even if in public, but the same time indicate some of their good points also, this will only help them, in the other case, praising people in public also is a waste if it crossed limits, as we see in some political meetings, just balance both, that will be a nice way

yea,i totally agree with this statement.this sentence make me think about the career of teacher---the student cannot be criticized in the classroom,that will make them feel inferior to others.also for the employees, if the boss praise them in public,they will have full energy to work and create more benefits to the company,so why not abey this rule???
