it would depend on what i have to decided on. but most often i follow my heart. i can't really tell which one is much better to follow. there are times that it was better to follow my mind but i still followed my heart or vice versa. i would really think it's impossible to choose sometimes and most of the time your heart and your mind would give you opposite answers. i'm still cofused regarding this. for the mean time, i do still follow my heart.. - barn kinney http://barncogitations.blogdrive.com/ http://barncogitations.blogspot.com/

well theres not a very straight forward answer to your question as we all follow both according to our own free will n likings! and sometimes we are biased ....some cases we let our heart rule n other times our intellect stands up to take decisions....

When it comes to making decisions and dealing with love, i feel that it takes listening to both your mind and your heart. Thoughts go through your mind, and then to your heart and the heart knows best and it puts that into your mind. Sometimes it's not always the right decision but then you feel that in your mind and in your heart and you make it better.

I tend to follow my mind more because I am afraid to get hurt again. Sometimes I wish I could be like those girls who follow their heart and don't seem to get hurt that often. I think you need to try to follow both, because one can't really work without the other. I am finally beginning to figure that out. I have lost a couple of great guys by following my mind. ( or at least it seems that way.)

I always over-analize everything, and then manage to over-think and screw things up, which is terrible...but I also think that just thinking with your heart could put you in trouble, because you can't think of concequences... I've been in both situations many times, and using too much brain or too much heart got me in lots of trouble...I think that the key IS a balance of the two - you can think with your heart, but don't forget about reality, you can think with your mind, but you don't have to think of every detail from now to when you're 90.

before, i follow mostly my mind. even if it gives me heartaches, i tend to follow my mind. but recently, i realized that it shouldn't be entirely the mind. it should be both. the heart may mislead you and the mind too. "follow your heart"-- a cliche that holds true but not to all situations. what if let's say a person you really love doesn't love you back? would you still follow your heart? but let's say the situation goes like this.. you love the person so much but you listen so much to what the others are saying that you drive that person away. we should be wise of our decisions..whatever will make us happy doesn't necessarily be right.

When I was younger, I used to follow only my heart. But now, mind comes first. I don't want to commit the same mistake.

My friends always tells me that when i fell in love i always tend to listen to my heart not in my head because they always notice that i don't think of myself anymore that i am always giving much attention and love to that person eventhough he takes me for granted sometimes.

i think since heart is the sign of love and love is god ,i think it is right to follow the heart .more over in our body heart is the first organ which start to work first and the last organ stops working when someone die.those persons follow heart will have a good heart and good health.mind will always work for possession ,fame ,power, ego etc it want more and more it never get satisfied with any thing .it will kill you .dont listen to your mind listen to your heart ,nature or conscience .those people go aginsnt their conscience die easily.

I do listen to my heart too but finaly follow my mind to take important deceisons using my past experiences or taking advices of my wife, friends and family persons. because if its up to heart to take decission it may look only on present situation to analyse properly by considering past present and future we must use mind
