I've gone to McDonalds for food 3 times in the past 2 weeks and each and every time my order has been completely wrong. This isn't even at the drive-thru where you fully expect to get shafted, but at the regular counter. It's been everything ffrom forgetting to put sausages into the big breakfasts, to receiving the wrong sandwich, to receiving the wrong order completely. What kills me is that the order is there on the screen right in front of them, it's not like they have to consult the rosetta stone to decipher my order....I know I have a wee bit of an accent but ow can you miscontrue "big breakfast" to mean sausage burrito with a side of hot sauce? Whenever I go now I am going to order 1 of each item and that way I'll be sure to get exactly what I want.

I don't eat at McDonald's at all, as not only will they get the order wrong, but the amount of change they try to give me is wrong. Its really bad when there is a long line and you don't want to make everyone mad at you holding up the line. I use to go in for their fries, but avoid the place now.

ours used to be ok-it's horrible now. they've forgot the meat in hamburgers, you can't leave without checking your order.ketchup? forget about it! the girls at the counter all have attitudes and hiss thru their teeth when you tell them your order's wrong.

I purposely boycott Macdonalds, I hate their highly salted cardboard unfilling food, the restaurant has brought trouble to our town with louts, throwing litter everywhere and it's a magnet for gangs. The last time I went in there I was served by a surly boy who had an attitude and got my order wrong, it's all rush rush and maybe in the training they should teach them to say please and thank you!

"it's not like they have to consult the rosetta stone to decipher my order" Oh my god, I totally peed my pants on that one! Our McDonald's isn't that bad - but Wendy's - good lord. I ordered food to go and - no lie - waited 30 minutes for it. I ordered, paid for it and moved out of the way. After about ten minutes I sat down .. according to the clerk that confused her. I mean, come on, the order was put through and the food was sitting there .. it wasn't like little elves came and took the food. Fast food is never fast .. and rarely accurate.

the service at our place is scorching fast...I think it's because they just grab the first thing that is ready and hope you'll be happy with that

A friend of mine jokes that she just pulls up to the drive through and says, "I need to feed x number of people, just put in whatever you feel like, because you are going to do it anyway no matter what I order."

im a firm believer in the old addage, there are two ways of doing things, fast and right. McDonalds have made a fortune out of fast food, what do you really expect?

that must be a really lousy mcdonalds. over here, in my experience, macs has never gotten my order wrong. in fact the food comes fast and hot. and service is always friendly. i think you should stop going there if they offer such poor service.
