Do you believe in this word which says; no one can get us humiliated without our permission? This discussion is all about insult. I have seen so many people who react immedialtely whenever they recieve insult(s). I mean some people never don't excercise patience whenever somebody insult them and they go as far as either insulting back or pick a fight. Do you really believe in this word which say; no one can get us angry without our permission??

If we have control over our mind we can ignore the insults shed upon us and avoid unnecessary heated exchange of words. But for many people it is not possible. They resolve to retort to the insult. So they decide to confront with the insulter. If they decide not to take it seriously that confrontation can be avoided. Hence the saying that 'no one can get us angry without our permission' is meaningful and true.
