How do you feel when you hear Finger Nails scratching a Black Board

I had a teacher who did this way back at school, when the children were disruptive and wouldn't pay any attention to him in class he'd run his finger nails down the blackboard and it caused the reaction he wanted he got the attention. It didn't have to do it much after then just threatened to do it. It worked but even thinking about it now makes me shudder.

Same feeling, although it is even worse when I do it myself. A shiver goes through my entire body then and I feel really uncomfortable with it.
