What is evil and where does it come from? In a study 35 healthy undergraduates were randomly asigned roles of guard or prisoner, those asigned guard positions behaved in an evil way. Evil isnt quality, inside but rather caused by situational factors that many would be unable to resist so what do you think?

I believe that evil is a human concept. It's simply a definition of what is socially unacceptable. A good example will be ancient Inca believe that ritualistic mass murder was holy and socially benefiting. Nowadays mass murderers are hunted and punished (at less they better are!)

I definitely think evil comes out according to your surroundings. Think about soldiers. Would these people be people that could so quickly and easily kill someone had they not been placed in the position they are in? I highly doubt it. Your surroundings definitely play a huge part in your actions, evil or good.
