Should divorces be made so they were more easily obtained ?

In the case of abuse I believe it should be done more quickly. Often times it is a difficult decision to make for a person who is abused. Even though it is the right decision. On the other hand, quick divorces aren't the answer for everyone. Long-term relationships take work. If you aren't willing to work at your relationship, don't commit to one.

I think that divorces are too easy to get. I think that if it were harder to get, more couples would think harder about gettign married. Thus the marriage would be stronger and last longer. I have heard couples say, "Well, if it dont work out, we can always get a divorce". That just breaks my heart as marriage is so very important and a good marriage is a wonderful way to be a better adjusted person in society. A good marriage can make us a happier person and give us ways to reduce stress while spending time wiht our best friend (spouse) Marriage is a part of the Eternal plan as set forth by a loving Heavenly Father. It should not be taken lightly. In fact quite the opposite should be a priority. Marriage should be a well thought out part of our live. We should never date anyone who we would not want to spend the rest of our life with. This simple thought will help us to make wiser choices when we think of marriage

If a couple decides for divorce that means there are firm reasons for this. They must be allowed to decide mutually. Going through Law is complicated process and may take years to come to conclusion. Lawyers try to pull further the case so that their earnings do not stop. Judiciary system is also slow and time taking. So, in my opinion, divorce should be allowed on mutual agreement giving the couple chance to start life with new one. Only in few cases, divorce is put back.
