While posting here at myLot especially the Pinoy threads, I always noticed the variations of emotions -- some are expressing negativity about the country and current events and there are also those who prefer to talk about things postive about the country.
Now, here in this thread, we should be talking ONLY about the things we like about the Philippines, the Filipinos and events happening here. No negative please or else I will send you to the moon for free hehehehehe.

i definitely love the beaches.. there are so many virgin beaches here.. its a paradise.. i love the weather.

I guess what I like most about the Philippines is its lovely people. Many Pinoys find life very hard but we can still find reasons to be happy - this is the reason why the Filipino people was chosen as one of the world's happiest people.
I also love the food here in the Philippines - I believe it's one of the most delicious in the world though it's a little unhealthy.. LOL

This is just normal. Or the people looking down or saying negative things about our country are just frustrated, pessimists or just plain shallow. Maybe the one thing we could do is just wish for these people to visit other countries so they would know that the other fence must be greener but they are not heaven either. This is not a perfect world.
We should love the Philippines, our own country, the way we love a person--with warts and all! Who's perfect, anyway? Sure other places must have their own beauty but we also have ours and in the same breath there are also bad things here and everywhere.
