How often you change your bedsheed and pillow cover?

I change my bed sheet and pillow case every week. I am really concerned about my skin and I think it's not really hygiene if I don't change it very often, especially the pillow case.

hello jayanvarkala People never change bed sheets? i am surprised, they must smell stinky lol My bed sheets are pure white, the slightest dart or dust make it look so bad, more over our place is hot, body sweat will make it smell foul. i change my bad one time of 2 wekk, if my dog not do nothing........sometime it eat of my bad.mmmmmmm

almost every week i tend to change my bed sheet and pillow cover. i always like my bed smell fresh and clean.

I make it a point to change it once a week.

Usually i change the sheets every other week - there's no real point in changing them too often because they're only slept on for a few hours a night. I tend to change the pillow cases more often, maybe weekly but still, since they're only used for a few hours at night there's no need to be changing them daily or so. I have to admit, i do need to get some more sheet sets very shortly though, we're running a little low on sets that still have good elastic!
